Quality Policy

ZA-BER undertakes to promote this company policy by always supporting it and disseminating it to its collaborators, customers, suppliers and all stakeholders involved in the company processes.

Quality Awareness

The Quality Policy has the task of developing awareness within the organization of what Quality really means and how it can be achieved. This document is part of the Management's constant work towards Quality.

We therefore want to highlight our ability to keep the processes that determine the acceptability of the services provided to Customers under control at all times, as well as to detect and resolve non-compliance in all the Company's main activities.

This commitment materializes in the protection and safeguarding of the rights of all the Parties towards which the Company has responsibilities and with which it interacts.

Management, through internal reviews and audits, ensures that the Policy is understood, implemented and supported at all levels of its organisation. The audits are oriented towards monitoring the effectiveness of performance.

The Management also ensures that all relevant regulatory provisions are respected and commitments are made aimed at a reasonable and constant improvement of qualitative efficiency.
